    Answer

Dear 20 year old, You describe an extremely traumatic violent event which has naturally left you with all kinds of painful feelings. I hope you can trust your doctor when you see him/her and tell about what happened so the doctor will know how to help you. This emotional trauma may have triggered an early menstrual cycle and stomach pains. Most importantly you need to seek some counseling to deal with the domestic violence that goes on in your family. The sooner you get this help the better so you don't develop ongoing symptoms of what we call Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Your mother and father both need help to deal with the crisis in their relationship, but no matter what they choose to do you can seek help for yourself.
