Question
I have had type-two herpes, the kind where you get cold sores on your mouth, since I was a little kid because my mom has it too. I was wondering, if i have oral sex with my boyfriend is it possible that i could give him the other variation of herpes?
Answer
Yes, if you have a herpetic sore on your lip your boyfriend can get herpes on his penis. Unfortunately you might even be contagious a day or two before the sore shows up.
