Question
I had a problem with my vagina lately, that I have been keeping to myself for the past 2 years. I was too embaressed to tell anyone so I have been keeping this a secret. The problem is that there is an amount of purpulish-darkish skin that has been on top of the vaginal lips ever since, and both those areas are different from appart. I was wondering if it was normal for me to have this side effect after I have my period. I'm also wondering if this is a big issue to worry about. Thank you.

I am sorry, but this kind of thing has to be seen in order for any of the doctors to really be able to help, or tell you not to worry. The next time you see your doctor, please just ask her to look at it - then you can stop worrying! Good luck!
