i have bumps on my vaginal and anal openings and they are very itchy.. im sexually active but i've only had sex with three people and i have used protection each time..i dont know what it is and im scared..please help

I am truly sorry, but all I can say is see a doctor - like the instructions say, bumps require someone looking at them to diagnose them, and no one can tell you what they are via the Internet. If you have concerns about confidentiality, go to a Planned Parenthood.
