My boyfriend was fingering me and I kinda felt something pop and it hurt. he was going kinda hard... he had blood on his fingers, the bed, and in my underwear when I got home. He said he only went in about an inch or so...so what's going on?

That was likely your hymen, which is a thin piece of tissue inside your vagina that breaks during sexual activity if the woman was a virgin. The bleeding should not last more than a couple days.
