    Question

My right nipple is budding I want to know when will it go away it pokes out It's really embarassing i always have to where a swimshirt when I go swimming It sticks out heaps and theres a lump underneath it.

    Answer

Breast development in teenage boys during early puberty is VERY common. All females have some male hormones. Likewise, all males have female hormones. In early puberty when hormone levels are high, there is enough estrogen (a female hormone) to cause breast enlargement in males. This usually goes away within six months.
