    Question

I'm 14 and my doctor says I could very well reach 6'2". But she hinted that there was something wrong with my diet that wasn't allowing me to reach my growth potential. She won't tell me exactly what it is. I've looked at my growth chart and what I usually ate during that time, but I don't see a difference. Any ideas?

    Answer

There are specialists called nutritionists who can provide helpful information on diet. You might want to ask your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist if s/he is worried abaout your diet.
