Question
What does it mean when a close guy friend of yours keeps touching your waist and other body parts excluded sensitive parts and i feel uncomfortable with it? Is this call harrassment?
Answer
No one can touch any part of your body without your permission. Any time someone touches you without permission, it is harassment. In front of someone else, tell him to stop, and that it makes you uncomfortable. If it continues, tell a teacher or adult who can speak to him. Good luck!
