Question

A few weeks ago I went to the lake where I was laying on a floatie that had not been used since last year. I don't remember how or anything but I remember seeing a spider crawl out from my bikini. It seems after that I had itched and it never really occurred to me that the spider could be the problem. It itched really bad for about a week and a half and I thought it was just dry skin because it was kinda flakey. Today in the shower I noticed that there was a perfect circle where I had been itching. I have had unprotected sex a year ago. Do you think it is a spider bite or could it be some form of STD?

Answer

Chances are good it is a spider bite - have your doctor check it out if you are worried.
