Question
My mom says that sleeping in does not get me ready for the new school season. I was wondering if I should be getting up early before school starts will help me be ready for school?
Answer
Well, your mom is very right! You will need to start getting up earlier and that means being ready for bed earlier, so that you can get 8 - 9 hours of solid sleep every night before school. Sometimes camping outside is nice because the sun will wake you early and it is a little fun! Good luck with your school year!
