the outside of my vaginal lips are covered in like white lumps. is it normal. i also have a sack like thing that is filled with white pussy stuff and grows. i had to put a hole in it to keep it small. is this normal???

Off to the doctor with you please - neither of those things sounds quite right and only a doctor can tell you what is going on.
