Question
hi, i have just noticed one mole on my penis and one mole on my right testicle yesterday. i am not sure how it got there but i am worried whether it is a risk or not. Am i in any sort of danger or is it nothing to worry about? ALso how did it get there anyway?

It's probably not a true mole but a "lentigo." These are usually harmless, but you need to keep an eye on it just like you would if it was anywhere else on the body. If it enlarges or changes in any way, have it checked by a dermatologist. These are not that uncommon. Good luck!
