    Question

My foreskin does not retract, i have no pain in masturbation. Will i be able to have intercourse without any problems?

    Answer

There is a condition where the foreskin attaches to or scars down over the tip of penis (glans). This is called phimosis. It can be painful and can result from an infection (not necessarily a sexually transmitted illness). I can't answer your question regarding intercourse, if there is no problem with masturbation then there shouldn't be a problem with intercourse. However, I would strongly suggest you see a physician and receive an accurate diagnosis and recommendation on treatment.
