    Question

    It's been asked, i'm sorry, but it's somewhat different. Ladies have expressed concern over a brown discharge, I am in the same situation, only i am not sexually active, never have been. I thought it was more like a nasty color of blood from pms or something, but perhaps i'm wrong. I cant imagine it being any sort of infection caused by sexual activity, as I havent been in that sort of situation... so i'm a little confused here...

    Answer

    It is not uncommon for the normal discharge to be dark, brown or discolored a day or two following the menstrual period. If you have never had sex, then the discharge is probably nothing to be worried about, but you can always see a doctor to ask about it.
