    Question

i have so many questions about sex.. does having sex for the first time hurt much and does the bleeding continue after having sex?

    Answer

I will try and answer as many of your questions about sex as I can. The first time usually hurts because the hymen tears, and the bledding can continue for several days, like a period. Everyone is different. Because it sounds like you have not started having sex, I want to encourage you to read "Going all the Way," by Sharon Thompson - it is probably in the library. It is a good book about girls she interviewed - most of whom wished they had waited longer - which is always my advice. Please do not hurry into sex - there is plenty of time, and the risks of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection are huge.
