Question
For sometime i've been getting these itchy red bumps/blotches on my scrotum. They are get extremely itching/tingly and i end up itching them till they hurt to touch. They eventually stop hurting/itching and scab up and heal. This happens every few weeks and non of these symptoms seems to lead me to believe it's an STD.

lways difficult to diagnose what you can not see. I would think this sounds more like irritation or fungal infection than an STD. Please see your doctor for an exam at the beginning of the red bumps and blotches.
