Question
Dear Dr.
I want to ask, i never had any sexual intercourse but i saw males sex organs already. I wish to know, why is it that there are men who have large scrotum or the one that is bulging behind the penis and others seems dont have at all. Is there a difference with that? What is more normal? Thank you.

Hi,
We come in all sizes including for the scrotum and testicles, penis, etc. Also there is little correlation with physical size of a person and the size of the genitalia (scrotum, etc.) To make things more confusing some people have larger scrotal contents because of a varicoele which is a type of cyst. Sexual performance and enjoyment incidently is rarely related to the size of the genital organs or size of the person. That said people who are in good physical condition through exercise tend to have better performance and enjoyment.
