    Question

I had sex for the first time a few weeks ago and have been having it since with my significant other once a week or so. I just got my period, but when I go to the bathroom it hurts to pee.

    Answer

You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI), other symptoms might include feeling like you have to go pee more often, even a fever. Drink a lot of liquids, some people say cranberry juice helps, and you should see a doctor, for this, as well as a pap test and to start on a reliable method of birth control. I hope you have been using condoms, too!
