Question
is it true that a circumcised penis is bigger then uncircumcized. also if i want my penis circumcised and i'm 21, is it okay to have that done and who should i be consulting if i want this?
Answer
Your penis will not grow when it is circumcized. You can consult with your doctor first, and it will likely be a urologist who does the surgery.
