my foreskin at the end is getting tight and hardening, dry and sometimes splits. also the last 1 cm of the head of my penis is a gray/white colour and becomes dry. have used e45 cream for months with no effect can you help?
Answer
If the foreskin is becoming too tight and interfering with your erection or painful to pull it back over the head of your penis then you should seek medical care. I believe the cream e45 is a product not found in the US market and I am not familiar with the cream. I would suggest you seek medical evaluation and advice.
