    Question

Hi, I am the 19 year old who just asked the question about the orangish discharge, and you figured out it was because of the deodorized tampons. Could the deodorized tampons also be the cause of cramps? Or possibly keeping the deodorized tampons in to long?

    Answer

Sadly, cramps tend to just come with periods, and usually Midol and a heating pad will help, but there is little one can do about them. Of course, you should check with your doctor if they are do not go away, or just to make sure they are "normal." Remember to not leave tampons in more than 8-10 hours.
