Question
I have flaky, red skin around my scrotum and it sometimes is itchy. What is the problem?
Answer
This could just be dry skin which would be treated with moisturizers. Other causes would be a yeast infection or eczema (atopic dermatitis). If moisturizers don't help, you may wish to see your personal physician for assistance.
