    Question

If someone has both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia and has sex with someone else, can that someone else get Gonorrhea but not chlamydia?

    Answer

Yes, it is possible for only one of the 2 to be transmitted to a partner. The two are transmitted together often enough, however, that most recommendations call for patients to be treated for both gonorrhea and chlamydia even if only one of the tests is positive.
