Question
Hi, I'm almost 20 years old and just had sex for the first time last night. I bled a little (nothing too significant) and am now spotting very slightly. I also had some pain (not really on penetration) but a deeper pain with the thrusting...is this normal?
Answer
The pain might be because of the position you were in - and can be alleviated by changing positions - into those positions in which you control penetration. If pain continues, ask the doctor when you see her to start on birth control.
