    Question

I woke up yesterday morning to find my genital area very very painful, so I went to the bathroom and had a look. I found several yellowish blisters on my ball sack and the underside of the shaft and a white clear blister on the tip on the penis. They are still there and are very painfu, also the skin is very dry and is beginning to crack. I am uncircumcised, 18, and have not masturbated for around 4 weeks.

    Answer

Please make an appointment with your doctor - no one can tell you what to do via the Internet. You should be seen by a doctor.
