    Question

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy and tried the Nuva ring after I was healed and didnt like it. So now im on a birth control pill (ortho 7/7/7) which I was on when I was 17. I have only had 2 periods now since the surgery when my tube ruptured and now for about 6 days I have had a brown discharge left in my underwear that I notice after I use the bathroom. I tried calling my Dr but he never called back and it is very hard for me to see him since i work 12 hours everyday during the week. Is this normal? sometimes it burns during intercourse, but I have had problems with not getting "wet" enough before.

    Answer

Too many issues for the Internet. You are important and worth taking an afternoon off work to see a doctor or Planned Parenthood, be screened for sexually transmitted infections and discuss using a lubricant to reduce pain. Do not delay!
