    Question

I recently lost two close friends of mine in seperate car accidents. Stress related incidents usually make my period fluxuate even though I am on Seasonale birth control. I had constant period from the stress for almost a month straight while taking the pills regularly. Then I finished my pills and went to the sugar pills and did not have a period at all. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Now it's about two weeks after I should have had my period and I am only having a rubbery discharge and light cramps.

    Answer

I am sorry for your loss and problem with bleeding. Given the stress and situation, I think a call to your doctor is in order. Do not delay!
