Question
I have two problems, I do not know if they are related. For the past few months I have had brown discharge in between my period for about 3 days. It is not extremely heavy but enough to have to wear panty liners for those days. Second is that the skin on my labia is peeling, very flaky but it does not hurt, it just gets itchy sometimes. I am 18 and sexually active but with the same partner for the past 2 years and this started recently.

You did not say what kind of birth control method you are using, or when you last saw your doctor for a pap test and chlamydia screening. so I would encourage you to make that appointment and tell her about the discharge and peeling. You can also see a clinician at a Planned Parenthood or college health health center. Good luck!
