Question
I was just recently treated for BV, and I was wondering, how do you know if the BV has been cleared?
Answer
It is hard to know whether or not it has completed cleared, especially without symptoms. The important thing is that all sexual partners were treated before having intercourse again. If there is any doubt, I would return to your clinician and have another test - called a "test of cure." Good luck!
