    Question

Is there any implication of having a sexual partner and ejaculating everytime but not into the vagina just to prevent pregnancy?

    Answer

The "implication" is that you are willing to get your partner pregnant and share any sexually transmitted infections that either of you might have. Any time the penis is erect it "leaks" a little semen, which includes sperm, so pregnancy is an option, as well as sexually transmitted infection. Using a condom is a better way to protect both of you!
