    Question

    is it okay to swallow a woman's cum or orgasm?

    Answer

    I assume you mean vaginal fluid, and by "OK" you mean safe from disease, so the answer is no. Vaginal fluid can tranmit sexually transmitted infections. Safer sex would be to use a latex dam, which is a latex barrier to avoid sharing body fluids.
