    Question

Ok, this is fifth time i've gotten my period. It was on time, but this time it seemed lighter than the other times. It went on for 3 days and then yesterday I had no blood or anything. But then it started again at night. Today there was no blood, but now it looks like it's going to happen again. I'm so confused. Thanks in advance :)

    Answer

If this is only your fifth period ever, your cycle may not be settled yet, and/or could be responding to other people's hormones. When women live together, their cycles tend to come together.

Sometimes it takes about a year to settle in, so I suggest you keep a calendar with some mark on each day you bleed for a few months and then see your doctor, who can help figure this out. Of course, if your bleeding is really heavy or does not stop after a week, see her sooner! Good luck!
