    Question

Hi thanks for the help. I tested positive for gonorrhea and i got properly treated. now my discharge is done and the pain when i urinate. but i have this white looking skin on my penis like on the head and under the head and it is itchy. so im trying to find out what is this.

    Answer

It sounds like you did the right thing to be tested and treated for the originnal symptoms of gonorrhea. These symptoms of scaling and itching do not sound related to the previous condition or treatment, or suspicious for a sexually transmitted infection. When itching is present, fungal infection (examples include "jock itch" or a yeast infection) might be the cause. It's dificult to tell, of course, without seeing the rash, so it would be best to see your doctor to be examined and treated appropriately.
