    Question

I'm a 14 year old male, and i just had a question about my pee hole. It lies on the bottom side of my penis around the area where the head connects to the shaft, instead of at the tip of the head, and often makes it hard to hit the toilet when i urinate. Will this cause any problems later in life, like fathering a child?

    Answer

The condition you are describing is called hypospadias. If the hole (the medical term is meatus) is near the head of the penis, it may make it hard to aim the stream of urine, but it should not cause any problem fathering a child. To move the meatus to the tip of the penis would require surgery.
