    Question

My boyfriend and I have been having sex without condoms for the past few months. I didn't get my period in November (I figured I missed it due to stress because of a surgery I had to undergo). I took a pregnancy test in December, but it came back negative. I didn't get my period in December either. It's now January and I'm supposed to have my period now, but I only have a weird brown discharge. I've been feeling nausea, exhaustion and dizziness for the last few weeks as well. I don't know what to do.

    Answer

Based on the fact that you were not using condoms, I assume you were trying to get pregnant, so please make an appointment to see a doctor and have a pregnancy test and check-up. You could also have a sexually transmitted infection. Do not delay!
