    Question

I had sex with another female and male companion and at the same time. He was wearing a condom, which I think he used the same condom for both of us. He's protected by the condom, but supposing she was infected, would that put me at risk if he used the same condom during intercourse?

    Answer

Yes - because you and she would have shared the infected body (vaginal) fluids. You should be checked for sexually transmitted infections.
