    Question

I had vaginal discharge for a while, but I took some medication to clear it away. I hope I do not have any serious infection and I would like to know what place I should go to get examined. I would also not want my parents knowing, so is there any place I could go without them getting billed?

    Answer

Most communities have a Planned Parenthood Clinic that provides medical exams and services to teens for low or no cost, depending on your income. You can check their web site to find the clinic nearest you: www.plannedparenthood.org/. Good luck and please do not ignore your symptoms - you can have a sexually transmitted infection and not have symptoms.
