im serving overseas part of Operation Enduring Freedom (o.e.f.). sometimes while using the bathroom it burns a little, also after ejaculation, and my testicles are always itching and they are red. do you have any idea what this would be? could it be because of being in a 3rd world country?

Sorry but via the Internet I cannot really help, however if you have access to a clinic it would be good to have them check your urine to see if you have an infection. Good luck!
