    Question

About 3 months ago i had unprotected sexual intercourse with a girl i knew, the next day i developed a red lump that was about 5mm across it did not hurt and popped within 5 days or so, now it is gone.

However, i am experiencing quite intense itching of the area around and on my gentials, starting with my legs working its way through my testicles and onto my penis, i am experiencing an acute pain just under the head of my penis betweeen that and my foreskin, in an area less than 1mm, it is worse when i rub my finger along it, and i cant be sure but i think mild hair loss where i am itching on my scrotum.

    Answer

I would suggest a careful exam by a physician for yeast or other possible problems related to itching. The problem may be very simple but careful exam and treatment is warranted.

As much as we like to help, some things really can't be diagnosed over the Internet.
