Question
i'm 18 and gave birth by csection 4 weeks ago. i just started having an extremely foul smelling clear discharge. no pain or itching, and i've had sex twice. is that normal?

We usually recommend pelvic rest for 6 weeks after cesarean section to allow uterus and incision to heal. You may have a vaginal infection if you continue to have foul-smelling discharge. Would recommend you to see your gynecologist if odor persists to have an exam.
