Question
I get painful erections if they occur within a couple hours after I ejaculate. Nothing looks wrong, but the erection is usually quite strong and harder than usual. And my entire penis aches. The pain goes away with the erection. And a few hours after the ejaculation, my erections will no longer be painful. Is this normal? Thanks for helping.
Answer
It is normal and common. It happens less and less as you get older.
