Question
Heard penial cancer can be caused by lack of hygiene. So if sperm is left on the penis throughout the night (and on more than one occassion) can it cause penial cancer?

Hi, Broadly speaking, there may be such an association but it is rare indeed. More commonly, although still rare, would be someone who is not circumcised and has poor hygiene. On the other hand sperm left on the penis for long periods of time is very common. Should that really result in cancer then there would be an epidemic of this. I hope you are reassured.
