    Question

what happens if I already pulled out my IUD by myself?

    Answer

Unfortunately, if you really did remove your IUD yourself, then you do not have a birth control method right now. You should bring in your IUD to your medical provider and most likely you will need to discuss whether or not to replace the IUD or switch to another form of medical control. The good news is that it is very unlikely that you caused any damage to yourself by pulling it out.
