    Question

my boyfriend and i started having sex, i'm really sore after a hour. is that ok? and if he had all ready cum, he just wiped it off? is that safe?

    Answer

When people talk about "safer sex" it means that there is no sharing of body fluid (semen, vaginal fluid) during intercourse that could give a sexually transmitted infection from one person to the other. This requires the use of a barrier method (CONDOM), meaning something that keeps the fluid of one person from the other.

Unless you use a condom, you can get pregnant or sexually transmitted infections (STIs). "Wiping it off" will not work because when a penis is erect it "leaks" fluid, which contains sperm and potential STIs.
