Question
Hello, seems I have a small lump underneth the foreskin of my penis. I'm positive it's not an STD because i've yet to have a sexual relationship with anyone. The lump is very small, no bigger than a Capital O and it seems to swell up with puss. When I squeeze it out, a small ammount comes out and a small lump remains. Any advice on what it is or medication that can rid me of this horrible nightmare?
Answer
Sometimes the foreskin doesn't separate completely from the glans, and a little bit of material called smegma gets trapped. Smegma is a white material that resembles cream cheese, and it is composed of oil and old decayed skin cells. There is no medication to treat this, but a Urlogist could certainly help you by releasing the skin in such a way as to let the smegma out.
