is 11 young for tampons?
Answer
No, it is not too early. At least one company makes a very small tampon for teens that can be used easily, especially during swimming when a pad is just not an option. The instructions are pretty good, but I suggest putting a little vaseline on the tip of the tampon the first time you try - to make it easier to insert. If the tampon is in correctly, you should not be able to feel it.
