Question
I get erections all the time, during school, sitting with friends, in the shower, i cant even give a girl a back rub without getting one. Is it normal to get them this often? I always get one at the end of the first period in school, every day, why does this happen?
Answer
I am sorry that this seems so "out of your control," but it is perfectly normal. Your body is changing and while you are experiencing puberty, you get these kind of testosterone "rushes" during the day, which can give you erections. You can also get erections from just thinking about something or seeing something that makes you feel sexy.
As you get older, this happens less and you feel like you have more control. Until then, baggy clothes or a well-positioned backpack can hide the erections.
