Question
I'm 13 and havn't gotten my period yet. I have all the signs of it. Also I have had white/clear discharge for about 2 years now. Just about a month ago, I had brownish/reddish discharge in my undies. It only came that one day, and hasnt come back again yet. Is this my period or just weird colored discharge?

Chances are good that was the start, so I suggest you print a calendar of the year and keep track of things like headaches, irritability, and any bleeding. You might soon see a cycle. Good luck!
