Question

i had sex and i regret it

Answer

I am so sorry for you, and hope you have an adult that you can talk to about what happened and what to do now. It might help you to know that more than 80% of teenage girls who have sex before they are 18 wish they had not. Sex puts yourself at risk and opens you up for heartbreak, which is why many of us encourage people to wait before having sex.

The good news is that you do not have to have sex again until you are more ready. The bad news, is that if you did not use a condom, you might want to consider taking the "morning after pill" to make sure you do not get pregnant, and if the person you had sex with has had sex with other people, you may want to go to Planned Parenthood and asked to be tested for sexually transmitted infection.

It is done, so do not make yourself feel any worse. Please though, make sure you are tested, and then choose to protect yourself in the future! You are worth it!
