Do breast enhancers really work?
Answer
My opinion is "no, they don't." It would be better to invest your time in liking the shape and size of your body, treating it well, eating a healthy diet, exercising, and looking the best you can with what you have. Chances are good that your body (and breast size) is perfect for you.
